Key Responsibilities (Accountant):
\n • Prepare and analyze financial records with a strong focus on cost accounting and manufacturing operations
\n • Reconcile inventory, work-in-process, and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness
\n • Assist with month-end close, including production variance analysis and plant performance reporting
\n • Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to support operational and executive decision-making

Qualifications (Accountant):
\n • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
\n • 3+ years of professional accounting experience
