Senior Housing Site Manager
** Pay rate between $24 - 28.85/hour **
Pay rate based on experience

What will I do as a Senior Housing Site Manager with Genacross?
- Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of assigned Genacross Lutheran Housing Services Ministry Site.
- Responsible for following the established fiscal and social mission of Genacross Lutheran Homes Society.
- Responsible for following Federal, State, and local laws, regulations and guidelines governing the operations of the independent living project.
- Responsible for ensuring and maintaining compliance with HUD/AFHMP/ADA regulations in the Housing Ministry.
- Completes all assigned tasks in a timely manner as instructed by V.P./Director of Management & Service Coordination/Director of Housing Compliance.
- Maintain orderly and consistent system of recordkeeping including computer and paper files.
- Cooperates with Senior Management personnel, as well as other facility personnel to ensure that the property and related services are adequately maintained to meet the needs of residents.
- Keeps Director of Management & Service Coordination and Director of Housing Compliance informed in identifying and correcting problem areas and/or improving services.
Senior Housing Site Manager Requirements:
- Associate degree with working knowledge of computers and work processing.
- Management experience in housing, budgeting, property management, personal management and marketing.
- Evaluation, management and supervisory experience necessary.
- Requires strong oral and written communication skills including the ability to interact with Senior Executives.
- Understands directions, communicates and responds to inquiries promptly; has excellent human relation skills.
- Physical demands are primarily light in nature with lifting less than ten pounds; sitting, reaching, handling, fingering, talking, hearing and seeing.
- Regional travel will be necessary in this role.
