Position Overview
Our New York office is seeking a skilled Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial litigation and possess expertise in handling complex legal disputes. This role involves representing clients in various commercial matters, including contracts, partnerships, business disputes, employment issues, and compliance matters. Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in commercial litigation cases before courts and arbitration panels.
  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Negotiate settlements and manage discovery processes in litigation cases.
  • Provide legal advice to clients on matters related to contracts, partnerships, and business operations.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to develop case strategies.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting commercial litigation.

Qualifications

  • Licensed to practice in the state of NY- licensed in NJ and PA is a major plus!
  • J.D. from an accredited law school and a strong academic record.
  • 4+ years of experience in commercial litigation.
  • Proven experience in handling contract, partnership, and business disputes.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple cases.
