What our next Assistant General Manager will do:
- Lead daily operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience
- Hire, train, and coach team members for success
- Manage scheduling, inventory, and cost controls
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and food quality
- Support the GM in achieving labor and profitability goals
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and positivity
What we are looking for in our next Assistant General Manager
- 2+ years of AGM or restaurant leadership experience
- Proven success leading teams of 25+ in high-volume environments
- Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing labor budgets and scheduling systems
- Calm, solutions-focused leadership under pressure
- Passion for hospitality, wellness, and operational excellence
