Core Responsibilities:

• Machine Setup: Load raw materials, align fixtures, and verify machine calibration or pre-written programs.
• Operation & Monitoring: Start and stop cycles, watch for tool wear or misalignments, and adjust feed rates or speeds as needed.
• Quality Control: Measure finished parts using precision tools like calipers and micrometers to check specs against blueprints.
• Maintenance & Safety: Perform basic machine cleaning, swap dull cutting inserts, clear chip bins, and follow safety rules like wearing protective gear.
