Would you like to be a Commercial Maintenance Technician for a stable and growing company? Our company has been in business since 1982, and we believe in promoting from within. Our customers are some of the biggest restaurant and retail chains in the country (think Starbucks), and we're looking for several EXCELLENT Maintenance Technicians to help us serve clients remodeling their locations and doing maintenance on their stores.

This is a great fit for someone who is looking for a long-term stable position where there is opportunity to grow while working with great people and customers. We're currently looking to fill positions in both our day and night shifts, and we ask that our Technicians be flexible on hours, as our start times are determined by our clients. Applicants should be skilled Maintenance Technicians with commercial experience working in restaurants, office T.I's, and retail stores. Technicians would have to be experienced in tile replacement, FRP installation, cabinet replacement, electrical work, and commercial appliance installation, such as pastry cases, refrigerators, and other commercial kitchen equipment. Technicians would also need to be proficient in door sealing and weather stripping, general plumbing experience related to faucet replacements, commercial pressure assist toilet repairs, drywall repairs, T-bar and ceiling tiles installation and replacement, painting, and more.
