Established 60+ Years Premier Firm Seeking Commercial Litigation Attorney for Commercial Litigation in Philadelphia, PennsylvaniaAn established firm based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with over 60+ years in practice is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join their team. This Commercial Litigation Attorney will have experience with commercial litigation, contract disputes, business torts, and complex civil litigation, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while representing corporate and institutional clients in state and federal courts.
Offer
Salary range: $125,000-$165,000+ contingent on experience

Qualifications
Active Pennsylvania Bar admission in good standing
2+ years of commercial litigation experience at a law firm
Strong background handling complex civil litigation matters
Experience with discovery, motion practice, and depositions
Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple matters independently while collaborating with team members
Responsibilities
Handle a broad range of commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
Draft and argue dispositive and non-dispositive motions
Conduct and manage written discovery and depositions
Prepare cases for trial, arbitration, or mediation
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams
Collaborate with partners and associates on complex litigation strategies - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
