Company Drivers:
- Earn $1,500 - $1,900 per week
- Weekly $1,400 minimum guaranteed pay for your first 12 weeks
- 60 - 72 CPM based on regional or OTR route type
- Consistent dry van freight with specialized earning opportunities
- $2,500 orientation completion bonus
- $1,500 on first settlement, plus $1,000 after 30 days

Our Dry Van Lease Operator Program Delivers:

- $1,500 on first dispatch, $1,000 after 15 days, $1,000 after 30 days, and $500 after 45 days
- Mileage progression pay structure: the more you drive (or the longer you stay), the more you earn
- Earn 70% of linehaul and accessorials

Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Lease Operators: 12 months of verifiable OTR experience
- Company Drivers: 6 months of verifiable OTR experience
- 21 years of age or older
- Meet DOT requirements and have a stable driving history
- Have 0 safety terminations in the past 12 months, truck abandonments in the past 36 months, and preventable DOT accidents in the past 24 months
