Job Description
Empyreal Services is looking for motivated and reliable Solar Panel & Window Cleaning Technicians to join our growing team. We specialize in exterior cleaning services including solar panel cleaning, residential window cleaning, and property maintenance.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in detailed work, and wants an opportunity to grow with a local company.
Responsibilities
- Clean residential and commercial solar panels safely and efficiently
- Clean interior and exterior windows using professional tools and techniques
- Set up ladders and cleaning equipment safely
- Inspect solar panels and windows for debris or damage
- Provide excellent customer service while on job sites
- Maintain company equipment and vehicles
- Follow safety procedures at all times
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable working on ladders and roofs
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work outdoors in Arizona weather
- Must be able to deal with heights
- Experience in window cleaning, pressure washing, or solar panel cleaning is a plus but not required (training provided)

Schedule
