Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Workers' Compensation Attorney, located in Norcross, GA. The Attorney will be responsible for handling workers' compensation cases, managing claims, providing guidance on employee benefits, and advocating on behalf of clients. The role involves handling legal research, court filings, case preparation, and representing clients in hearings and negotiations. Collaboration with clients, legal professionals, and insurance representatives will be essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in benefits and claims handling
• Excellent Customer Service and client communication skills
• Bar admission to practice law in the state of Georgia
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in workers’ compensation law is highly preferred
