About the Opportunity
Express Employment Professionals is recruiting an experienced CNC Machinist for a well-established manufacturing company. This position is ideal for a skilled machinist with experience operating and setting up CNC lathes and mills, particularly using Okuma and Fanuc controls.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and adjust CNC lathes and mills
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and manufacturing specifications
- Select and install tooling, fixtures, and workholding devices
- Perform offsets, tool changes, and program edits
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy
- Utilize precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and indicators
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve machining issues
- Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of CNC machining experience preferred
- Experience with Okuma and Fanuc controls
- Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T
- Strong knowledge of G-code and program editing
- Experience using precision measuring equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and mathematical skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or GED required
