Bartender
 
Bartenders at the Gateway Clipper Fleet must have at least 2 years of experience. Extensive knowledge of a variety of drinks. Having an engaging personality is important as we strive to serve our guests with a positive experience at every visit to the bar.

Responsibilities 
<ul>
<li>Follow Bar opening and closing guidelines </li>
<li>Maintain accurate cash drawer</li>
<li>Recognize dangerous / problematic behavior and report it to a manager</li>
<li>Follow RAMP protocols </li>
<li>Always ensure cleanliness of bar area</li>
<li>Provide guests with a positive and pleasant experience with every interaction</li>
</ul>
 
Job Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Atleast 18 years old</li>
<li>Lift up to 25 lbs. </li>
<li>Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays</li>
<li>Demonstrate extensive mixology knowledge and skills</li>
<li>Follow manager instructions</li>
<li>Must have experience with POS systems</li>
<li>Organization and time management skills</li>
<li>Communication skills- Team Player, Customer Oriented</li>
<li>Sales skills- Upselling, suggestive selling</li>
</ul>
Starting Rate $7.25 + Tips
