We are looking for a detail-oriented Bidder/Estimator to evaluate projects, prepare accurate cost estimates, and submit competitive bids. Candidates with a background in contracting or construction are strongly preferred.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Review project details, plans, and customer requirements.
- Prepare accurate estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and other project costs.
- Gather pricing from vendors and suppliers.
- Prepare and submit bids and proposals.
- Communicate with customers, contractors, and vendors.
- Track estimates and follow up on submitted bids.
Qualifications:
- Previous estimating experience preferred.
- Contractor or construction background strongly preferred.
- Strong math, communication, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
