We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Scrum Master to support enterprise data and analytics initiatives for our federal client. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Agile methodologies, servant-leadership, and cross-team facilitation within complex program environments. This role will focus on guiding multiple Agile teams, coaching Product Owners, and ensuring delivery of mission-critical solutions by fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills are required, along with proven experience in SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams delivering enterprise data and analytics solutions.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Guide teams in applying Agile principles, practices, and frameworks to maximize value delivery.
- Partner with Product Owners to refine backlogs, establish priorities, and define acceptance criteria.
- Track and communicate team progress, velocity, and impediments to stakeholders and program leadership.
- Foster a culture of servant-leadership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Support cross-team coordination, dependency management, and risk mitigation across the program.
- Collaborate with Program Management to ensure team outputs align with strategic objectives.
- Utilize Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence for tracking, reporting, and transparency.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Active Secret clearance (required at time of application).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach within IT programs.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban.
- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and MS Teams.
- Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant-leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders in complex environments.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or PMI-ACP certification required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise data and analytics initiatives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile metrics and reporting to drive performance improvements.
- Background in federal consulting or mission-driven environments.

- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
- Active Secret clearance required for this role.
