Responsibilities:

  • Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions while delivering an exceptional client experience
  • Leverage The Nickley Group’s proven systems, tools, and leads to grow your production and close more deals
  • Manage and nurture leads through consistent follow-up, relationship building, and expert market knowledge
  • Collaborate with team members, marketing, and admin staff to ensure smooth, efficient transactions
  • Commit to ongoing training, coaching, and accountability to continually elevate your skills and results
