Process invoices in invoicing system timely and accurately; Download invoices from utility websites and collect invoices from vendors; Add new vendors in vendor management system; Track monthly invoices on excel templates; Manage Tenant and Vendor Insurance process, collecting proof and calling on expired COIs; Maintain accurate records of all repairs and maintenance that come on vendor invoices; Support the property management team in enhancing tenant satisfaction and retention

Skills Required: Proficiency in property management software (eg Yardi, AppFolio)

Customer service orientation
Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Must Haves:
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service, tenant relations, or a property management role
- Invoice management experience
- Proficiency in property management software (eg Yardi, AppFolio)
Nice Haves:
- Real-estate experience
- Working knowledge of lease agreements and rental law
- Basic understanding of building maintenance
Soft Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
