Janitorial Supervisor at Marsden South
Shift: Between Monday to Sunday, from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, 40 hours a week.
Hourly Rate: $25
Location: Orange, Texas
Requirements:
- You must be 18 years old
- You must have work authorization
- You must be willing to pass multiple Safety tests
- A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required
- A valid driver's license will be required for most of the current openings.
- You must have at least two years of Janitorial Supervisor experience
- Ability to perform physical tasks as needed
- Basic computer proficiency
- Able to lift up to 40lbs.
Job Duties:
- Manage and oversee a team of cleaners.
- Inspect all the work performed to ensure it meets company standards, client expectations, and any applicable local, state, or federal regulations.
- Supervise and train staff, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Create weekly schedules for cleaning staff, including daily assignments, lunch breaks, and time off.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed for each account.
- Perform cleaning duties (e.g., sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, restocking restrooms, and trash disposal)
- Be available to cover shifts when required.
