What You'll Do
As the Senior Manager, IS/IT you will provide senior leadership across regional IT operations and enterprise applications, guiding technology strategy, execution, and business alignment for Enstall’s U.S. organization while operating as a key member of the global IS/IT team. Responsibilities will Include;
- Shape and lead the U.S. IS/IT strategy, ensuring alignment with global priorities and driving technology initiatives that deliver measurable business value.
- Design, enhance, and govern Microsoft Power Apps solutions, leveraging Power Platform capabilities to automate processes, improve workflows, and extend enterprise systems in close alignment with the Global Dynamics Solution Architect.
- Oversee all regional IT operations (infrastructure, support, service delivery, and cybersecurity) to maintain a secure, reliable, and scalable Microsoft-first environment.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a cross-functional team of IT, D365 FO, and application professionals; cultivate a culture of accountability, partnership, and continuous improvement.
- Serve as the senior regional authority for Dynamics 365 FO, guiding architecture, enhancements, configuration, and integration efforts in collaboration with the global Dynamics team.
- Oversee the Salesforce team to ensure CRM solutions support evolving sales, service, and operational needs.
- Direct the regional project and application portfolio, ensuring transparent prioritization, disciplined execution, and strong stakeholder engagement.
- Steward the U.S. IS/IT budget, making strategic, data-driven decisions on investments, resources, and technology roadmaps in close collaboration with the Global Director IT/IS.
- Uphold and champion global IT governance, security, compliance standards, and enterprise architecture principles across the region.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of progressive experience in IS/IT environment.
- 2+ years of people leadership, ideally within a global or matrixed organization.
- Extensive hands-on experience with ERP platforms, particularly Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, including configuration, enhancement design, and translating business requirements into scalable solutions.
- Advanced experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, with a strong emphasis on Power Apps development, support, and governance; ability to build, optimize, and troubleshoot custom apps and workflows is essential.
- Proven success leading distributed teams, cultivating collaboration across regions, cultures, and time zones.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft cloud technologies, including Azure, Microsoft 365, and enterprise security fundamentals.
- Working knowledge of ITSM tools such as TOPdesk, ServiceNow, or similar platforms, with a solid understanding of incident, change, and service management best practices.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decisions and drive alignment at multiple organizational levels.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on when needed.
Where You'll Be Located
This is a hybrid position (2-3 days/week in the office, or more when business needs dictate) and will be based in any of our main office locations (North Andover, MA, Hayward, CA or Phoenix, AZ).
What We’ll Offer
We offer competitive compensation determined by each individual's relevant experience, skills, education and location. We anticipate the base salary for this position to be between $140,000 and $170,000 annually, if located in the San Francisco Bay Area market. In addition to base salary, Enstall employees are eligible for either an annual bonus or commission, depending on their position.
