Join Chapa-De's Dental team as a Dental Patient Services Representative, where you'll be an important part of creating a welcoming and supportive experience for our patients. From scheduling appointments and assisting with insurance questions to coordinating patient flow and supporting our dental team, you'll help ensure patients receive compassionate, organized, and efficient care.
Hourly Pay: $23.00-$25.00
Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:45 AM - 4:45PM

What You'll Do:
- Welcome patients, answer calls, schedule appointments, and support registration and check-out.
- Verify insurance eligibility, collect payments, and assist with patient financial information.
- Coordinate daily schedules, patient flow, referrals, waitlists, and front-office needs.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation while protecting confidentiality and following HIPAA requirements.
What You'll Bring:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality requirements.
- Ability to work at both the Auburn and Grass Valley clinics.
