Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents in a skilled nursing facility during the 3 p.m.–11 p.m. shift, supporting comfort, safety, dignity, and daily needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care and respond promptly to call lights.
- Measure and record vital signs.
- Assist residents with mobility and transfers.
- Support personal hygiene and activities of daily living.
- Assist with meals and monitor resident needs.
- Complete accurate patient charting.
- Promote patient safety throughout the facility.
- Coordinate care with the healthcare team.
