Job Summary


We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Associate Attorney to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is eager to gain hands-on experience in probate, estate planning, and litigation while working directly with our Managing Attorney. You will handle active cases, perform legal research, draft pleadings and correspondence, and communicate with clients and the court. This role offers a collaborative environment with opportunities for professional growth and increasing responsibility.

Key Responsibilities


Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries and memoranda.
Attend hearings, mediations, and client meetings as directed by the Managing Attorney.
Provide sound legal analysis and client communication consistent with firm standards.
Manage assigned case files, ensuring deadlines and procedural requirements are met.
Collaborate with paralegals and intake staff to support efficient case progression.
Uphold the firms values of integrity, accountability, and clear communication.

Qualifications


Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Active member in good standing with The Florida Bar.
Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Professional demeanor and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to client service and continuous professional development.
