American Traveler is hiring an RN for an Emergency Department position requiring a KY or compact RN license and BLS certification.

- Work in a 38-bed Emergency Department providing urgent and emergent care via EMS, walk-in, or hospital transfer
- Includes a specialized isolation room with negative/positive pressure capability for critical and infectious cases
- 12-hour day shifts, 3 days per week, from 0700 to 1900
- 36 hours per week

Requirements\n

- Active, unrestricted RN license in KY or compact state
- BLS certification required
- ADN or ASN required, BSN preferred
- No prior nursing experience required, though previous nursing experience is preferred
- Ability to assess age-specific patient safety issues and implement appropriate safety measures
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the care team

- Provide direct patient care including assessments, treatments, and coordination of admission, transfer, and discharge activities
- Deliver patient and family-centered education and individualized treatment planning
