About the Role

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a pivotal role in assessing, developing, and implementing individualized ABA treatment plans. You’ll also have the opportunity to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and work closely with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest quality of care.

Locations We Serve: Charlotte, Concord, Salisbury, Kannapolis, Greensboro, Asheville, Rutherfordton, Hickory, Forest City, Gastonia, Shelby, Kings Mountain, Monroe, High Point
Pay Rate: To be discussed during the interview

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and design evidence-based, individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide regular clinical supervision and constructive feedback to assigned RBTs on a weekly or monthly basis.
  • Lead parent training sessions to empower families and support treatment goals.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams to ensure a holistic approach to care.

Qualifications

We’re looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:

  • Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
  • Certification: Current BCBA certification.
  • Licensure: NC Behavior Analyst License.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a BCBA.
