Compensation:
$150,000 at plan commissions
Responsibilities:
- Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions
- Manage listings from consultation through closing with accuracy and professionalism
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up
- Conduct market analysis and pricing strategies to support client goals
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive environment
- Leverage company systems and tools to manage leads and grow production
- Attend training, coaching, and development sessions to stay current in the market
- Uphold compliance standards and maintain integrity in all business dealings
Qualifications:
- Unparallelled communication and customer service skills
- Proven ability to manage and lead a team of successful real estate agents
- An active California Real Estate Broker License is required, or the ability to obtain one
- Real estate license required minimum
- Minimum of 3 years of residential real estate experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of local market trends and contract procedures
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a consistent work ethic and commitment to growth
- Comfortable using CRM and transaction management software
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
