Full-Service Restaurant Manager
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and hands-on restaurant manager to lead daily operations at our full-service restaurant. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, team leadership, and delivering outstanding guest experience in a fast-paced environment. We accept applicants with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front-of-house and overall restaurant operations
- Lead, train, schedule, and motivate staff
- Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Manage labor costs, inventory, and operational efficiency
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and health code compliance
- Collaborate with kitchen leadership to ensure smooth service
- Monitor sales performance and help drive profitability
- Support hiring, onboarding, and employee development
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant management experience in a full-service environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Knowledge of scheduling, labor management, and inventory controls
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
