🚨 Commercial Real Estate Litigation Associate | New York (Hybrid) – Up to $250k Base
Location/Schedule: New York (Hybrid)
Base Salary: Up to $250k (plus performance incentives)
Practice: Commercial Real Estate Litigation – Complex real estate disputes, landlord-tenant matters, construction litigation, zoning & land use appeals, and high-stakes transactional-related litigation shaping New York City’s skyline.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and support complex commercial real estate litigation, including landlord-tenant disputes, construction claims, and zoning appeals.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery demands, and appellate briefs in high-stakes real estate matters.
- Appear in state and federal courts, administrative hearings, and mediation sessions.
- Advise major clients on risk mitigation, contract enforcement, and real estate dispute resolution strategies.
Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):
- JD and active NY bar.
- 3–7+ years of commercial real estate litigation or related complex litigation experience with strong writing and advocacy skills.
