Role Description The Sales Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based at Marietta Toyota in Marietta, GA. In this role, the Sales Associate will greet and engage customers, assess their needs, and guide them through the vehicle selection, test drive, and purchase process. Daily responsibilities include presenting product features and benefits, explaining pricing and financing options, preparing sales documents, and maintaining accurate records in the dealership’s systems. The Sales Associate will follow up with prospects and existing customers, build long-term relationships, and collaborate with finance, service, and management teams to ensure a positive customer experience. This role also involves staying informed about current inventory, manufacturer programs, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable recommendations.

- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate clearly with a diverse range of customers.

- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail when handling paperwork, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling.
- Comfort with technology, including dealership CRM systems, email, and basic office software for documentation and communication.
- Ability to work on-site, including evenings and weekends as needed, with a consistent professional appearance and demeanor.
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail, hospitality, or automotive sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record to conduct test drives and move vehicles safely on the lot.
