Temporary Warehouse Associate
Location: Dart Warehouse | Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM $17/Hr HIRING ASAP!
Position Overview
We are seeking 5 temporary Warehouse Associates to support our Returns and Outbound operations through the end of the year.
Responsibilities
- Stand and work on your feet for the duration of the shift.
- Lift parts weighing up to approximately 50 lbs.
- Push and pull pallets, which may weigh significantly more depending on the product.
- Organize packing slips by aisle alphabetically and orders numerically.
- Pick and pack parcel orders ranging from single-item to multiple-item shipments.
- Select the appropriate box size based on the product being shipped.
- Use a tape measure and understand basic package dimensions (length, width, and height).
- Follow established warehouse processes and safety procedures.
Returns Duties
- Open and inspect returned products.
- Process returns using a scanner and/or laptop.
- Sort product and prepare items for putaway.
Outbound Duties
- Pick, pack, and organize orders.
- Prepare parcels for shipment.
Requirements
- Ability to speak, read, and write English — you will follow written instructions and use a scanner and/or laptop, particularly in Returns.
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for the full shift.
- Ability to lift parts weighing up to approximately 50 lbs.
- Ability to push and pull pallets.
- Basic understanding of package dimensions and use of a tape measure.
- Commitment to following warehouse processes and safety procedures
