Job Title: IT Support Technician/ Mac Support Engineer
Location: Austin, TX 78753 (Onsite)

Job Description:
· Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Provide technical support for Windows and Mac desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, resolving hardware and software issues.
· Hardware and Software Support: Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Mac operating systems, as well as various software applications.
· User Account Management: Manage user accounts, profiles, and permissions for both Windows and Mac environments.
· Network and Connectivity Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve network and connectivity issues, ensuring seamless access to resources.
· Asset Management: Maintain accurate inventory of desktop assets, including hardware and software.
· Collaboration with IT Teams: Work closely with other IT teams, such as server administration and security, to ensure smooth operations.
