Join the team at Park Place Hotel as a Front Desk Supervisor, where hospitality meets history. As the face of our hotel, you'll be responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out.
  • Provide personalized service and accommodate guest needs.
  • Handle reservations, phone inquiries, and special requests.
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
  • Process payments and ensure accurate billing.
  • Address guest concerns and provide immediate solutions.
  • Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance for room status updates.

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service skills with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Prior hotel or customer service experience is a plus.
  • Must be available for various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
