We’re hiring talented stylists for our new luxury salon in Beverly Hills!
Join our vibrant team as a Hair Stylist / Barber, where your passion for hair artistry and exceptional customer service will shine! Whether you're styling, coloring, or offering grooming consultations, your skills will help clients look and feel their best. This salon was recently taken under new management and we have been working hard to renovate the salon and build more clientele and stylists! Work in the heart of Beverly Hills and have a flexible schedule. This is a commission based job. We also have chairs for rent as well. Come in and drop your resume off, we would love to meet you!
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of hair styling services including cuts, trims, blowouts, and special occasion styles with precision and creativity
- Deliver expert barbering services such as straight razor shaves, fades, and grooming consultations
- Apply hair color using advanced techniques based on color theory to achieve desired
- Maintain salon cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations
- Provide excellent customer service by listening to client needs, offering professional advice, and upselling retail products
- Bring in new clientele
Requirements
- Valid cosmetology or barbering license with experience in hair styling and grooming techniques
- Strong communication skills to connect with clients and team members effectively
- Ability to perform sanitation procedures meticulously to ensure a safe environment for all clients and staff
- Have an established clientele
