Job Title: Counter Sales Associate
Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Counter Sales associate to join our team. This position is available for the 1st shift in Appleton!
Responsibilities
- Delivers high level of customer service by greeting incoming customers and answering telephone calls. Answers customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner and takes appropriate action to satisfy customer.
- Determines individual customer needs for products and service repairs. Sells tires and service repairs, meeting customer and company goals. Provides quotes for products or services.
- Schedules service work for the convenience of customers, but within parameters of when repairs may be completed.
- Opens and prepares store for start of business.
- Performs store closing functions. Locks and secures building and makes daily deposits to the bank
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience working in an automotive shop.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
