Position Summary
The Guest Experience Coordinator at Wellness Junkiez is responsible for creating memorable guest interactions while driving brand visibility through social media, events, and promotional partnerships. This role bridges hospitality and marketing, ensuring every customer touchpoint reflects our wellness mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage guests, providing an exceptional customer experience in-store and at events.
- Collaborate with promoters, influencers, and brand partners to expand community reach. - Assist in planning, promoting, and executing events, pop-ups, and wellness activations. - Manage social media interactions and support content creation (photos, videos, live streams).
- Track social engagement, feedback, and event attendance to inform marketing strategies. - Promote Wellness Junkiez subscriptions, specials, and loyalty programs. - Serve as a brand ambassador both online and offline, representing the voice and energy of the company.
Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, customer service, or event promotion.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook). - Strong communication, interpersonal, and public-facing skills.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Energetic, outgoing personality with a passion for health and wellness. - Availability for evening/weekend events when needed.
