Ideal Candidate for Care Aides (Nursing Assistants):
- 1 year experience in senior living a plus
- Patient-centered care
- Current CNA preferred
- CPR and First Aid certifications
- Dependable, attention to detail
- Enjoys seniors
Tasks to Serve Residents for Care Aides (Nursing Assistant):
- Provides assistance with activities of daily living
- Works closely with LPN and nursing team to take care of residents
- Assists resident to dining room and with meals
