Attorney Responsibilities and Qualifications:

<li>Take and defend depositions</li>
<li>Draft and argue dispositive motions</li>
<li>Attend hearings, mediations, and trials</li>
<li>Perform legal research and provide case law analysis</li>
<li>Prepare pleadings and correspondence</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with clients, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel</li>

<li>An active member of the California Bar</li>
