This isn’t just a cold-start sales role—you’ll hit the ground running with a book of existing clients and a pipeline of warm leads ready for action. Plus, you’ll have the full support of a top-tier internal team to bring your solutions to life.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Generate new sales opportunities and nurture existing client relationships
  • Collaborate with clients to design tailored system solutions that meet their unique needs
  • Craft compelling proposals and bids that win business
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from first meeting to final install—with top-tier communication and documentation
  • Lead conversations with decision-makers to uncover needs and deliver value
  • Ensure every customer has a seamless, satisfying experience from start to finish
  • Keep leadership in the loop with clear reporting, forecasts, and updates

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales experience (bonus points if it’s in security, AV, or tech!)
  • A driven, energetic, forward-thinking team player
  • Skilled multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident communicator with excellent writing and presentation skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and modern sales tools
