$150,000 - $300,000

Responsibilities:

• Follow up on all appointments in a timely manner with high professionalism.
• Uncover the priorities of buyers/sellers and locate homes matching their needs, and show them the homes.
• Be a trusted advisor and use a consultative, servant-leader approach.
• Enjoy learning/training.

Qualifications:

• Must have a MO real estate license.
• STRONG money motivation!
• Passion for selling and providing exceptional customer experiences.
• Love to learn.
