Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and energetic Child Care Assistantto join our team! You will be responsible for encouraging childrens intellectual, psychological, and physical growth. The ideal candidate is nurturing, patient, and creative. If you have a passion for helping children learn and reach their potential, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities 
<ul>
<li>Plan games and activities that are developmentally appropriate</li>
<li>Work with children from 2:30 - 5:30</li>
<li>Provide basic care and caregiving activities</li>
<li>Dismiss children to parents</li>
<li>Communicate with parents and update them on their childrens activities</li>
</ul>
Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>Previous experience as a daycare assistant or childcare provider</li>
<li>Strong understanding of child development</li>
<li>Patient, kind, and nurturing</li>
<li>Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills</li>
<li>First aid/CPR certified</li>
