Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and patient-focused team member to join our office as a SoftWave Technician and Front Desk Assistant. This dual-role position is responsible for delivering high-quality patient experiences both in treatment rooms and reception. The ideal candidate enjoys helping others, works well in a clinical setting, has great communication skills, and can multitask efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

SoftWave Therapy Duties

• Provide SoftWave tissue regeneration therapy to patients following established protocols
• Educate patients on what to expect during treatment, benefits, and aftercare
• Record treatment notes, patient response, and progress accurately
• Set up, clean, and sanitize equipment between patients
• Monitor patient comfort and safety throughout sessions
• Assist in maintaining appropriate treatment schedules and room flow

Front Desk / Administrative Duties

• Greet patients warmly and ensure a positive check-in and check-out experience
• Answer phone calls, return messages, and respond to inquiries
• Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars
• Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
• Verify patient information, maintain charts, and ensure proper documentation
• Support patient education regarding services, promotions, and treatment plans
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment

Qualifications

• Previous experience in healthcare, chiropractic, physical therapy, fitness, or spa setting preferred (not required—training provided)
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working hands-on with patients in a treatment environment
• Basic computer and scheduling software proficiency
• Professional, positive, and dependable

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and assist patients for extended periods
• Ability to operate therapeutic equipment (training provided)
• Must be able to perform light cleaning and equipment setup tasks
