Key Job Requirements:
- Diagnose and repair faulty production and related plant equipment with the minimum amount of supervision using the provided schematics, manuals and drawings. Be able to diagnose and repair electro-mechanical problems, troubleshoot electrical problems and have a strong understanding of preventative maintenance strategies
- Identify faulty parts and provide proper nomenclature in the form of a requisition in order that spares or replacements can be ordered
- Be knowledgeable of what and where spare parts are in the storerooms and to observe store rooms withdrawal and return procedure
- General working knowledge of machine shop equipment
- Must be team-oriented with leadership qualities and capable of leading co-workers in assigned tasks
- Will be expected to maintain necessary records and established maintenance procedures
- Maintain a clean, safe working environment
- Responsible for additional specific duties related to each shift as assigned by maintenance supervisor
- Other duties as necessary

**Administrative: **Demonstrates ability to accurately post data from one source to another in ERP or peripheral software systems.
Communication/Teamwork:
- Ability to communicate effectively and work closely and productively as part of a cross-functional team
- Ability to create and/or exhibit an atmosphere of openness, honesty, trust, and teamwork
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize as needed without loss of effectiveness and composure

**Technical Knowledge: **Demonstrates an advanced comprehensive knowledge of entire process from concept to commercialization.
Operate Equipment:
- Ability to operate motorized equipment and other peripheral equipment safely and efficiently as required
- Demonstrates ability to utilize standard hand tools
- Ability to operate basic machine shop equipment
Maintenance/Repair:
- Demonstrates advanced mechanical aptitude and abilities
- Demonstrates thorough knowledge of production technological methods and procedures, and capabilities of machines and equipment in manufacturing facilities
**Education & Experience: **
- Three to five years of experience in a related field
- Mechanical pretest to employment
- High school diploma/equivalent required
- Completion of a vocational or trade school curriculum from an authorized school with a concentration in electro-mechanical courses desired
- Must be able to read and use precision type instruments such as micrometers and calipers
- Speaking and presentation skills to conduct effective meetings
- Must be able to pass multi-choice with handwritten section test
**ADA – Essential Functions: **

Work a 8, 10 and/or 12-hour shift, standing and walking for extended periods
