Location: Pittsburgh, PA 15219

*THIS IS A FULLY ON-SITE ROLE*

Pay Rate: $60,000-$80,000/yr

Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced paralegal to provide on-site support for attorneys at all levels within our Product Liability practice area at our Pittsburgh office, serving clients nationwide.

Primary duties include: Managing the lifecycle of active cases, ordering and summarizing medical and other records, preparing motions, pleadings, and subpoenas, assisting with discovery responses and eDiscovery document reviews, and organizing factual data for multi-district litigation.

Additional responsibilities: Deposition and trial preparation, including summarizing witness depositions, preparing case materials, coordinating witnesses, and filing pleadings in state and federal courts using CM/ECF, as well as logging billable time in the Prolaw billing system.

The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years of experience in complex litigation areas such as products liability, class actions, multi-district litigation, commercial litigation, and personal injury, holds a Paralegal Certificate (preferred), and possesses strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and litigation technologies like eDiscovery Point, Case Notebook, and Relativity.
