Now Hiring: General Sales Manager – High-Performance Dealer GroupWe’re a high-volume, well-established dealer group seeking a General Sales Manager who knows how to lead from the front, close at a high level, and build a culture that wins—every day.This is not a desk-only role. We’re looking for a hands-on leader who can drive performance, hold teams accountable, and consistently deliver both market share and gross.What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team across new and used departments
  • Drive consistent high volume while protecting and maximizing gross profit
  • Desk deals and step in to close when needed—you set the tone
  • Build, grow, and cultivate a winning team culture rooted in accountability and results
  • Monitor KPIs, identify opportunities, and execute strategies to gain market share
  • Ensure strong process adherence across the sales funnel—from lead to delivery
  • Partner with executive leadership to forecast, plan, and hit aggressive targets
