RN Unit Manager | Cloverdale Rehabilitation and Wellness, Scottsboro, AL

Full-Time | Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. | $36 to $43 per hour, based on experience

Cloverdale Rehabilitation and Wellness is looking for an experienced, steady RN Unit Manager to lead our nursing team. If you’re a strong clinician who knows how to coach staff, keep a unit organized, and put residents first, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do

You’ll oversee the daily clinical operations of your unit, supervising licensed nurses and CNAs and making sure care is delivered safely, on time, and according to each resident’s care plan. You’ll review assessments, monitor changes in condition, and communicate with physicians, residents, and families. You’ll take part in care plan meetings, support the MDS process, and keep documentation complete and accurate. You’ll also help with staffing coverage, orient and mentor new staff, address performance issues early, and work closely with the DON on quality, infection control, and survey readiness.

What You’ll Bring

• Current, unrestricted Alabama RN license (or multistate compact license)

• At least 2 years of long-term care or skilled nursing experience; supervisory or charge nurse experience strongly preferred

• Working knowledge of state and federal LTC regulations

• Current CPR certification

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Experience with PointClickCare preferred
