We’re hiring an Associate Sales Representative in Chicago to support a high-performing sales team across multiple states. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and advance into a Territory Manager role within 6–12 months where you could earn $150k+
Position Highlights
- Title: Associate Sales Representative
- Location: Chicagoland Area
- Territory: Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnisota, Dakotas, Nebraska, Iowa, Oregon Washington
- Travel: Up to 80% — 3 weeks/month on the road, 1 week in local geography
What You’ll Do
- Support Territory Managers with sales strategy, education, and in-office trainings
- Conduct cold calling and new market development
- Ride along with TMs to gain exposure to the full sales cycle
- Learn how to sell a pay-per-use, CPT-reimbursed device model — no capital equipment sales
What You Need
- 1–2+ years of outside B2B sales experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to build long-term customer relationships
- Willingness to travel extensively and relocate for promotion
- Bachelor’s degree required
- A passion for healthcare and sales
Compensation & Perks
- Base Salary: $55,000
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $80,000–$90,000
- Car Allowance: $500/month + gas card
