Data Analytics and IT Support Specialist
Rate of Pay: $25–30/hr + bonus program and benefits
Position Overview
This position reports to the Chief Information Officer and works closely with the eCommerce Director to develop and deliver processes and systems that support continued company growth. You will also collaborate with the IT team to address helpdesk tickets as needed.
The primary responsibility of this role is to build and maintain ETL pipelines that support financial, sales, inventory, HR, asset tracking, and eCommerce data. This data will be transformed into cohesive, high-quality Power BI reports, and you will train users to effectively interpret and leverage these insights. The role also includes developing and maintaining PowerApps applications, Power Automate flows, and providing IT support within your area of expertise.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Finance, HR, Facilities, Purchasing, eCommerce, Operations, and Sales to identify data needs.

Extract and transform data from warehouses, APIs, web sources, Excel/CSV files using SQL to complete ETL pipelines for Power BI.

Develop Power BI reports including historical reporting, projections, goal tracking, Azure Maps, and KPI dashboards.

Demonstrate strong understanding of DAX, measures, calculated columns, tables, data relationships, cardinality, row-level security, and automated refresh processes.

Design intuitive and visually cohesive dashboards accessible to users with varying digital proficiency.

Train end users on viewing, filtering, exporting, and maximizing BI reporting tools.

Integrate SQL systems with SharePoint Lists and connect them with Power Automate flows and PowerApps.

Build and maintain Microsoft PowerApps applications with clean, user-friendly interfaces.

Provide eCommerce platform support, troubleshooting, and data-driven reporting.

Assist with web design and internal/external content development.

Deliver first-line IT support for systems under your management.

Occasionally travel to branch locations (approximately 2–3 days every two months or as required).
