As an ActionLink Certified Technician & Merchandising Representative, you’ll be the powerhouse behind flawless in‑store experiences—bringing displays to life, installing cutting‑edge technology, executing eye‑catching planograms, solving technical challenges on the spot, and supporting top retail partners across your territory.
Merchandising Execution
- Set product to planograms
- Build and install POP, endcaps, and visual displays
- Maintain shelves, refresh signage, and complete product audits
- Support retail staff and secure required store sign‑offs
Technical Installation & Maintenance
- Install and troubleshoot interactive displays, kiosks, AV, and security devices
- Perform light construction and fixture setup
- Document work through photos/videos
- Lead small teams during complex installs and resets
- Resolve on‑site challenges efficiently
Communication and Reporting
- Maintain regular communication with the District Manager
- Submit same‑day reporting and feedback to clients/teams
- Process expenses in accordance with company policy
Working Environment & Physical Requirements
- Retail store settings
- Home office with reliable high‑speed internet
- Travel by vehicle and/or plane as needed
- Use of computer, phone, and standard office equipment
- Ability to sit or stand for up to 4 hours
- Lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Climb ladders (10’+)

Qualifications:
- 6+ months retail or merchandising experience; 2+ years technical installation/troubleshooting preferred
- Ability to read and execute planograms
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- Flexible availability, including weekends and overnights
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Skilled with hand and power tools; must have a cordless drill
- Proficient using levels, measuring devices, email, and retail systems
- Ability to obtain power‑lift/equipment certification within 30 days
