Project Associate (Marketing) – Temporary Onsite Contract
Location: Bronx, NY
We are seeking a Project Associate with a Marketing background for a temporary, onsite contract role located in Bronx, NY. This opportunity is ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Position Details
- Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Location: Onsite – Bronx, NY
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Lead Project Associate with daily office management and administrative tasks
- Receive and direct incoming phone calls, emails, visitors, and deliveries
- Manage office supplies, computer inventory, and branded merchandise
- Coordinate inventory for film sets, wardrobe, and related materials
- Handle campus deliveries and pick-ups
- Submit and follow up on housekeeping, repair, and IT/telecom service requests
Qualifications
- Marketing background or experience in a related project/administrative role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working onsite
