The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of UI/UX, web standards, cross-browser compatibility, and ADA compliance. This role involves coding, debugging, optimizing performance, and integrating APIs and databases.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop responsive websites and web appsCollaborate with designers to implement UI/UX best practicesIntegrate websites with databases and external platformsEnsure cross-browser/device compatibility and ADA complianceOptimize website performance, scalability, and SEOMaintain and update existing web assets and applicationsRequired Skills & Experience:6 years of experience with WordPress, Drupal, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and APIsKnowledge of REST/SOAP web servicesExperience with UI/UX design principles and WCAG 2.1 accessibility standardsFamiliarity with Google Analytics, Workday integration, and Adobe Creative Cloud is a plusStrong communication and problem-solving skills
