We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee and coordinate electrical projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical and construction management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. This role requires excellent time management, communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure projects meet specifications, timelines, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of electrical projects, including planning, execution, and final delivery.
• Coordinate project scheduling and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Conduct construction estimating and prepare detailed budgets for electrical installations.
• Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Oversee construction site activities, ensuring safety standards are met while maintaining quality control.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to facilitate effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize software such as Bluebeam for document management.
• Provide leadership in project coordination efforts to achieve successful outcomes within established deadlines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management within the electrical construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
• Familiarity with construction estimating software is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong understanding of electrical system design principles and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents accurately.
• Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
