Key Responsibilities\n
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Maintaining a manageable caseload of youth clients, establishing rapport and fostering trusting relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.
- Conducting regular sessions with clients to discuss their progress, evaluate their mental health status, and address any concerns, ensuring a holistic approach to their treatment.
- Developing, implementing, and continuously monitoring individualized, person-centered treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and goals of each client.
- Documenting all interactions, updates, and progress in accordance with professional standards, ensuring that client records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Conducting thorough intake assessments to determine the appropriate level of care and treatment direction for new clients.
- Participating in weekly individual supervision sessions to reflect on clinical practices and receive constructive feedback for professional growth.
- Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to create a coordinated care plan that addresses the physical and mental health needs of clients.

Qualifications\n

- A Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.
- Ability to meet all internal credentialing requirements necessary for clinical practice.
